The following terms and conditions apply to all subscription and time access contracts of betainment UG (haftungsbeschränkt).
Order, contract and friendship advertising
The order is a binding offer that the betainment UG can accept. Contracting party of the buyer / subscriber is the betainment UG (haftungsbeschränkt), represented by the managing director Daniel Neumann, Klostergang 2, D-30159 Hannover. In the case of friendship advertising, the entitlement to the premium arises only after payment of the initial contribution, as well as the expiration of the right of withdrawal.
With the consent of immediate access to our digital services, the right of withdrawal expires.
Delivery and usage rights
The provision of digital content in the form of our sports betting recommendations, as well as our Moneymanagement and sports betting strategies, is usually carried out within our Internet platform, as well as our Android / iOS app. Access to digital content can be limited to up to three devices. The buyer / subscriber is exclusively entitled to use the acquired content for private purposes. The content may not be distributed or made publicly accessible. The subscriber / buyer can access the digital content until the end of his membership. Upon expiration or termination of membership, access to the digital content is no longer permitted.
Subscription, payment and termination of the contract
The subscriber agrees to be sent the invoice to his named email. The payment price is due in advance according to the agreed payment cycle immediately after the conclusion of the membership. Termination of the contract is possible at any time at the end of the subscriber’s current payment period. This can either be terminated in writing, by email or directly in the customer account.
Late payment and return debit
If the payment is not made at the latest on the date stated in the invoice, the subscriber will be in default of payment pursuant to § 286 para. 3 BGB without any further reminder. The same applies if an agreed deduction from the subscriber’s account fails for reasons for which the customer is responsible. For a failed debit, the subscriber has a chargeback fee of 6, – Euro, and for each reminder by the betainment UG after default, the subscriber has to pay a reminder fee of 3, – € to betainment UG. Proof that no or only significantly lower costs have arisen, the purchaser is free.
Betainment UG reserves the right to change these General Terms and Conditions for Subscriptions at any time. The currently valid terms and conditions of the seller are applicable. The legal relations between the betainment UG and the customers are exclusively governed by the law of the Federal Republic of Germany. Should individual provisions of these General Terms and Conditions be ineffective, the remainder of the contract shall remain unaffected. The European Commission provides a platform for out-of-court online dispute resolution (the so-called OS platform) at http://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/. As of: October 2018
